Yes — we use APVMA-approved products applied in accordance with label directions. We recommend keeping children and pets away from treated areas until dry (typically 2–4 hours).
Most residential treatments take 45–90 minutes depending on property size and pest type.
For most general pest treatments you do not need to leave. For heavy cockroach or flea treatments, we may recommend vacating for 2–4 hours.
We recommend every 6–12 months for general prevention. High-risk businesses such as restaurants may require quarterly visits.
Our residential and commercial plans include follow-up guarantees. If pests return within the covered period, we re-treat at no extra charge.
